my tablet is not charging the battery. Is the connection via USB to your computer should charge the battery? Or when the tablet is off and charging the battery it should display something on screen? USB does not charge the battery.
Only AC power adapter can charge the battery.
When power is off and charging from the AC there is no screen display but there is a very small red or green led light on the side between the usb and hdmi sockets.
Red while charging, Green when fully charged.
Also in the app "Spare Parts" are screens to display battery information.
