Does anyone have the Acer ROM AV043.RV23RC03_PA_CUS1 ROM that I can get?

I am looking to try to find the Acer ROM AV043.RV23RC03_PA_CUS1 ROM for my tablet. I was rooted and had an unlocked bootloader, but [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]I was able to get the 1.0.29 flashed back and have stock bootloader with no root. Now, I would like to have the update ROM to be ready when Acer sends the OTA for Jelly Bean. It is odd that when I was originally on 1.0.29, I got the update to the more current ROM, but now I get the "Your device is up to date" message. Any ideas on that?
