epad will not load

3 week old epad, worked fine,then power on,penquin icon,the word android,stops.does not load any further.

I have same problem reset button does nothing but go through same process without bringing up windows,rest shows EPAD ,THEN COMESS THE PEQUIN,THEN A TEXT SAYING ANDROID WITH A BLINKING CURSOR,i HAVENT FOUND ANYONE THAT KNOWS MUCH ABOUT THESE,NEVER WILL GET ANOTHER ONE,
