How can I get excel, word, & adobe on my MID 7015.

you can't. You can however get other apps that will allow you to interact with these files. Try looking at DocsToGo or QuickOffice. There are others as well.

I installed the Adobe Reader for Android from the market which solves the pdf issue.

You can install Adobe Reader and for Word and Excel I use Documents to Go. There's no way to install the actual programs obviously, because this isn't a Windows tablet.
