I decided I wanted to free up some space on my S7 so I started looking at what was where...
Using Root Explorer (after having rooted your device)
I created a folder on SDCard named app.removed
Then I went to /System and set it to Read/Write
Then I went in to /system/app folder and used the Multi-select option to select many files including anything with Emotion in the name, email, Twidroid, and any of the Live Wallpapers. I then selected Move and went up two folders then in to the /SDCard and then selected the app.removed folder and pasted these files here. I freed up about 9 megs in the system (as shown at the top of the Root Explorer window, but I am not sure how much the overall system memory savings were.

Here is a list I have removed with no ill effects at all:

VisualizationWallpapers.apk
Twidroid.apk
SystemTutorial.odex
SystemTutorial.apk
