How can I change the language on my Ployer Momo Japanese Bird 11 ??

I live in Japan so I bought my Ployer Momo Bird 11 from Amazon.jp
This is my first tablet and first android device so I really don't know my way around it.
If anybody who could give me clear instructions on how to change the langauge from Japanese to English, I'd really apprecite it!
