How to install blcked Google Market apps

This may work to install apps you want that don't show up at market.android.com if you have a connection via phone tether

1. Turn off phone
2. Remove SIM
3. Turn back on and connect to WiFi
4. Go to Market and install app
5. Turn off and reinstall SIM.

Apparently most of the blockage is due to carrier limitations, which leads to tablet app not being installed.
