Mal mangga dua in Jakarta. Made the guy let me take it out of the box and make sure it was the real deal before I would pay. Only paid a bit more than the US price, not bad for Indonesia.

At B&N, nobody had it for less than the $250.00 they were asking, so I thought I'd eliminate the middle man and get it direct from them.

I asked my Supervisor to buy for me when he took his vacation in Houston last August this year.

He bought it online at NewEgg for $449.only 00 from original price of $499.99 (almost $500) and the $50 dollars rebate card, purchased a black leater casing and additional power supply, in case the supplied power supply got busted.

Now, it's been two months and I'mm happy for it because I customized it, Installed more apps and games and using my chosen ROM.

Best Buy - selected Eee Pad Transformer with docking keyboard. First tablet from Windows environment. Waiting to see iPad 3 options so decided to try an android environment to get the hang of tablets in general and determine if this is for me or should I stick with a Windows environment. Purchased 2 months ago and still on a steep learning curve with no smart phone or mp3 player experience. Having fun so far and functionality can be tricky but hope to gain insight from forums like this one......
