Looking for 9-10in tablet, with GPS and decent speed.

I am looking for an android tablet, with 9-10in screen and inbuilt GPS. I have used a Momo11 tablet, and find that the general responsiveness is a little slow (esp when compared to an iphone/pad). What processor should i be looking for for a decent responsiveness. Any recommendation on tablet make/model?

Depends on How soon you need the tablet, I am waiting on the beast of all tablets to be released, this is based off of the specs, tablet hasn't been released yet.
