Looking for Android Tablet for me , Recommend me tablets

I'm looking for a android tablet that can play flash player ( Adobe flash player)

I don't need 3G or HDMI.

I'm not going to buy the tablet like soon ( at least by next January or sooner)

and price does matter I'm thinking less then $200.

I'm going to use tablet for web browse
( facebook , watch videos on web , etc) , musics , videos , and etc.

So please recommend me nice tablet.

p.s I heard that to play flash players the OS has to be at least 2.1.... is it true?

No, it's Android 2.2 (FroYo) for full Flash support. Along with that comes the need of some CPU power, excluding the cheaper currently available tablets with VIA/RockChip CPU.
What will be available and at what price by January next year is impossible to say at this time - and all advice given now will be worthless.

What is this? and is there tablet with flash lite with cheap price?

What's like the requirement for this flash lite?

I wouldn't consider Flash Lite. Never heard of any Flash content being playable with the Flash Lite runtime.

I just bought this one and had it expressed shipped, so I'll let you know.
Take a look at it and read the support questions at the bottom, it looks promising but I have yet to find a review of it.

It isn't too bad. No flash on this for sure though.
