Here's my new homescreen thanks to LauncherPro. I love this thing so far!

Cool, how can I get the Adobe Reader into the Kyros?

Root it and install it from the Android Market. It's not hard to do.

I'm new to Android hacking...what is rooting? Could you give basic instructions on how to do this?, for the sake of all of us newbies?
I was thinking about uploading the Adobe Reader file to my website and access it from my Kyros device and have it install that way...probably won't work.
Please do share some rooting basics with us.
