Hello all.
My parents bought my son a tablet for his birthday and it was working fine. Then all of a sudden it would not boot up. It will act like it is going to come on, it shows the birds and then goes to the tapntap screen. When it gets to the tapntap it then seems to shut down.. It will keep doing this over and over. I have let it die. Recharged. I have done all I can think of. I have held the power button and volume + buttons together. When I do this it will go to the birds and a message in the left top side comes up, can not remember what it says. It then shows a picture of box and green arrow as it if it dumping everything. After this however, it does the same thing. Can anyone help please?
