New A2109-can't get past the Language and Time Zone Screen

Tablet turns ON and goes through the Leveno splash screens and the displays a small black window to set Language and Time Zone. I can select these, but then there is no way that I can see to OK it or get past this window to continue.
What am I doing wrong??? Thanks for any help from the group

I think I stumbled on that part too... Isn't there something like an arrow >>>>> you have to press to continue?

Yes, I believe its a small arrow. Took me a minute too...
