newbi trying to set up mail

I have a rogers yahoo email but cant get tablet to recognize it

Try mail droid or k9 mail

tried them both but no go.
i was able to use the browser to access the mail so i dont need to @@#$@ with it any more.
I stopped using outlook express on my pc for the same reasons.
