Hi - greetings from Sacramento! I bought my first tablet back in February; I think I got shnookered
. It is a Maxwest Tab73 and I got it from a liquidator. He is gone and now I have problems (of course!). The battery only lasts about 15 minutes. Any app I open stops and "not responding" comes up. Or, in the middle of a game or something it will go back to the home screen and the app has been closed. I have done a factory reset (I think that is what it was called) several times but that hasn't helped at all. It has a one year warranty, but the paperwork says to return it where you purchased it - hahahaha! I have been trying to find a physical address for Maxwest Telecom but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. Next step is to use it for Frisbee golf and shell out the money for a reputable tablet. Grrrrrrr, not a happy thought! Thanks.
