Hi,

Something i've only just noticed and seems the same on CM7, MIUI and stock rooted nook -

If the nook is off, when plugged in to charging it turns itself on.

Is this normal behavior?
Is there a setting to toggle this 'feature' on and off?
Is there a problem if I turn it off once it is charging?

Thanks for any advice.

Cheers,

My nook is running cyanogen 7 nightly 164, what I do with mine is plug in the charger while its on, then press the power button for about a second to bring up the 'Tablet Options Menu' and select 'power off' from there. It then doesn't reboot back into the operating system.

Speaking of charging the nook, I'm running stock not rooted on internal n CM7 encore on SD. When in stock, I have to use the NC USB cable to charge it, when in CM7 I can use my regular V8/9 mini phone charger. I find this interesting
