please help my pandigital wont work

Hello
I have pandigital novel 7, I turn it off and press volume up and power button for 5 second and it start install OP_FIXFLASHLOOP_KG_PD_INX7E_ENG_6410POP and after 1-3 second he doesn't end installing and it turned off and it wont turn back on . please help

open the back remove battery wait about 5 min connect battery back replace the cover and start it up. work done
