You can check how long your device has been running under Settings / About / Status / Up time.

For those of you who have been running your tablet for more than 42 days without rebooting, does your Uptime report 1000+ hours, or does it report "xx days, yy hours, zz minutes, nn seconds" ?

I've never owned an Android device that ran that long between reboots.
Thanks.

I've never owned an Android device that ran that long between reboots.

For some unknown reason, my tablet decided to reboot itself (while it was not actively in use!) after around 350 hours of Uptime, and the Uptime counter got reset to zero. How's your tablet behaving?

Bump. Anyone with an Android System Uptime of more than 500 hours (a mere 21 consecutive days)? 1000 hours (42 consecutive days)?
Screenshot would be nice :)

My Android Emulator is the only Android "device" I have ever seen with over 1000 hours:

When I try Settings / About / Status, I get "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped." which seems a bit odd, since this tablet does not have 3G. I suppose I'll have to go digging through some log files.

Rooted, but stock ROM as delivered. I'll check out that app. Right now, I'm trying to hunt my way through logs to see what I can find. It looks like it may be the attempt to get that status that actually kills the com.android.phone process, but I'm still not sure why it's running at all on a tablet without 3G.

My Android Emulator locked up, somewhere between 1300 and 1500 hours :(
It was idling most of the time.
The linux PC it ran on is fine.
I guess Android 4.1 wasn't built to run for a long time continuously.

I wanted to do a cwm/nandroid backup of my JB 4.1.2 before the JB 4.2 OTA update kicked in, and had to restart my tablet in the process, about 10 days before the 1000-hour system uptime mark :(
So, 780 hours is my max so far:
