I got the new battery, which I'm still testing but I can see already that the problem I had it was the battery. I didn't think that after a year of use the battery would be useless,I might have done something wrong with it, I guess. Probavly because I would always let it discharge completely before charging it again.

Glad that solves your problem, and I think you are right, our phone batteries tend to take more abuse than those in our tablets.
