problems at starting the tablet

hello,

I got the android kernel version 2.6 m003

and i having the problem that when a turn it on it just keeps spinning icon and never get to the home screem

please I need help is band new and I don't know what else I can do

my nookcolor phiremod, if it were to die to low batter and shutdown. Plugging it in, the typical message, wait 15 minutes before booting up. however what i do about the fix is then take it after about 20 minutes, connect to the PC, USB. sometime later, I come back and the tablet has booted up and will be fully functioning.

This is not an answer, but merely my observation of a problem I will get at times. The problem you have appears similar so maybe some of this information may help you.
