problems with andriod 2.1 epad

10.2" Google Android 2.1 ePad
purchased and have a error come up saying "sorry the process com.android has stopped please try again and force close. when u try to close the message just appears again and once i reset it goes straight to that message again..... i purchased it as a present for my mum and it looks like i brought a piece of crap....please help if anyone can

check to see what rom version you have installed. you should be using a rom version at least 1020. you can check on zenithink usa for instructions on flashing the rom.
other than that i've heard that if you upgrade to 1030 rom gets rid of most of the "force close" messages

Ive just brought my epad 10in and its also stating force close upon starting once clicking on it it returns to the screen, any ideas how to fix this, first tablet for my daughters birthday and its not working have 4 days to fix :s
I have no manual or leads exceptthe power lead, so if i need a lead could you state which one too.
