I run QO 4.0.120 Pro on both my HTC Thunderbolt running 2.3.4 and my G-Tablet running 3.01. and it works fine. buy a licensed copy.

you are correct...didn't see you were referring to the HD version. I use Pro on both devices, not HD.

i'm not satisfied with QO. Works slow, and not userfriendly.
Now testing OfficeSuite Pro.
