Reset Button on 7" Android A13 4.03 ?

Okay. I ordered a Chinese tablet and of course when I got it, it was not working properly. Seller says look to see if there is a reset button on back. I don't see one. Does anyone know how to reset these. Is that the reset button on the front top middle? He is not answering right now, probably not until tomorrow sometime and I need to get this reset now. It was only giving me the android image, you know the little green robot, when I got it? And then it would go off, but now it won't do anything. Thanks in advance for any answers.

Okay. Maybe that was a stupid question, but I am new to all this. So is there anyone that can tell me how to reset the tablet, I guess to factory default.

With the power OFF, try holding the {HOME} button down (the one on the front of the tablet) and turn it on. Hold both buttons until it starts.

There is no button on the front, unless you are talking about the thing in the top middle of tablet that looks like a web cam?
