Kaysun,

In which moment exactly press you 4 times the power button?
Because I press button when splash screen appears (CM logo), after, before...etc. and same result :mad:
Thx

If you keep watching the boot animation after it becomes fully white the animation will become slightly dim after few sec. Wait for another sec and then press power button with a slight pause. I am not sure if it is only my unit. The password is for decrypting sdcard. I have an external 8GB card too.
Hope it helps.

CWM--- advanced---fix permissions----reboot system now---- sale password
CWM--- mounts and storage--- format /boot,/cache/data/sdcard/system--- install rom + gapps-- reboot--- sale password.

CWM---advanced---fix permissions----reboot system now----goes out password
CWM---mounts and storage---format/boot,/cache/data/sdcard/system---install rom + gapps - reboot---goes out password.
Definitively it is a problem of the rom, I reinstate 2.2.2 it works without problem.

Waiting for new version of cm9 or version cm10

I try it and no working
I hope the next release to try again
Thanks mate

Did you press the power button at least 4 times? It always works for me. After your reading the above post I checked again. it worked. As I said may be it is only my unit or similar units!?.

Try reboot from password request screen and on reboot try the above. I hope it works.

I try several times and same result for me.
Perhaps only your unit... strange but true.
Thanks for your help

Is there any way to make the button size of navigation bar of CM10 to be like CM9?

CM9 (Lcd density is 128)

CM10 (Lcd density is 120, smallestwidthdp=768 or 720, and forcetabletui=1)

Hi!

According to the picture posted by jkomuves it seems he was able to get big buttons on CM10...
I guess he was using Lcd density = 160 ?

I will soon give it a try myself.

The tablet ui:

On my S7 Slim maked under the guidance of asturel the following:

adb pull /system/build.prop

Edit the build.prop:

smallestScreenWidthDp=0

forcetabletUI=0

to

smallestScreenWidthDp=721
forcetabletUI=1

adb push build.prop /sdcard/ && adb remount rw && adb shell "cat /sdcard/build.prop > /system/build.prop && reboot"

@ cansat, @ leadpanda:

sorry for your troubles!
that problem seems to happen with some S7, don't know exactly why... :confused:

From the readings, maybe it has something to do with the internal/external sdcards...??

Tip: if your tablet had a internal 8Gb SD, did you try to format it into two partitions, for example 7+1, so you can have almost unlimited space for apps... (I think there is a Trizet rom that does this for you?)

Suerte!! ;)

Yes it is!

( if it's not on the Does not work list, for sure it works... :cool: )

Good news ;)
Is there any hope that BT will ever work?
I am don´t asking about the camera because its quality is so terrible, so it´s better to be disabled default ^^

:cool:

dev_mount udisk /mnt/udisk auto /devices/platform/msm_hsusb_host.1/usb1
dev_mount udisk /mnt/sdcard/udisk auto /devices/platform/msm_hsusb_host.0/usb1

How to enable usb cm9
To seek for the file/system/etc/vold.fstab with the root Explorer to give category of writing and to edit file.
To look for this line:
dev_mount udisk /mnt/udisk auto /devices/platform/msm_hsusb_host.1/usb1
and to modify it adding and replacing it of black color
dev_mount udisk /mnt/sdcard/udisk auto /devices/platform/msm_hsusb_host.0/usb1
To save the file and it the category giving again that tape-worm.
Then to go to sdcard and to create a folder with the name udisk.
To restart
Connects the pendriver and voila already we read what exists inside

Like leadpanda, the only difference that the first one to see goes out password, I restart and enter.

: Cool:
