I have a Best Buy s7-104. I did this update within the last 20 mins. The instructions were on par. As far as I can tell everything works great including flash 10.2 from the market. Overall feels quicker and more responsive I rooted using SOC it acted goofy but I had to go back in to SOC once the s7 reset itself and do it again to get the programs (busy box superuser etc..) to install. Z4 didnt work at all. I also happy to find out that with set cpu you can go all the way to 998 MHZ now not the 768 or so before when I had 2.1. Widgets work with ADW launcher too now! I also noticed you can select the camera in the settings to default to either front or rear(hopefully skype and fring and all that will work correctly. Good work guys I dont know how to do alot but I will test and find out what I can. And to think I was gonna return this thing for a Nook Color today haha

S7-103 here, everything except my GPS is working. Tried GPS Test and it says GPS is there but nothing is working (no satellites showing or anything)?

Haha me too. I got mine from best buy, but couldn't get froyo on it. I was gonna take it back but I doubt that now. I'm loving it!

Hmmn, is anyone experiencing sporadic freezing? Or am I just crazy?

All working fine here. I am on the Australian Telstra S7-104 version, with two cameras and no internal memory. Successfully rooted with SuperOneClick.

Anyone done ADW Launcher yet?
