Running Apps??

Why is it that there are always apps running in the background, even when I close them they restart themselves? Apps like Yahoo mail,skype,markets,google, some games, so on and so on. Is there a way to stop them from running or is it a Huawei thing?

It's an android thing! Try fast reboot from the market and set it to run on every unlock.

Is that all is needed as mentioned above, how do I do it, sorry I am just a noob at this so am learning as much as I can.

Look for a memory manager and/or task killer in the market and set them to autokill
