Running Flash 10.3 on Herotab M10

Hi all

I'm a real newbie to these tabs and recently bought a Herotab M10. It works very well and has a great screen but i'm having some difficulty with Flash 10.3. I can download and install it from the android market but the icon does not appear on the main screen.
Should I be doing something else to activate this or should I assume it is working in the background?
How do I know if Flash is running? Youtube clips seem as clunky as ever.

Any help gratefully received.

Hi, there is no icon for adobe flash...you can check settings/manage applications to see if it is installed and running.
