Samsung Tab 4 10.1: Sound Issue

When I'm watching a video no matter on what player the sound will automatically mute as if triggered by an outside noise. I have checked all setting twice and did not see anything that would cause this. It started after lollipop rollout

Have you used bluetooth or some other type of device that would mute the sound when your receive a call or similar.

No I keep all power robbing features off.

Have you tried doing a factory data reset, it seems like the quickest way to fix your problem, but remember to backup all your data.
