side loaded apps, but no icons

I've side loaded a couple of apps, but don't get an icon to show up. Can anyone help me with that? Thanks in advance.

angry birds and the nook reader. They both installed and worked properly, but when I exit out the only way I can get back in is to reinstall.

Hmm try a home launcher replacement that might help

if you don't like the replacement launcher you can also add them with the stock launcher while in the app drawer press menu and then add application and the apps should be listed there.

Thanks for the info. I went with launcherpro and I like that alot better than the stock launcher
