Some basic info about mods

I do not currently own a tablet, but I am very interested in buying a g tab, and am still gathering info about it.

One of the things that I'd like to know is whether it is possible to fully erase changes (full factory reset) made by rooting, installing CWM, and installing alternate roms.

Also, do accessories such as bluetooth keyboards still work with the alternate roms?

The answer to both your questions is basically yes. support for external devices is dependent on the ROM however, not all support bluetooth keyboards

Okay. Another question I have is whether it's safe to switch from one custom rom to another, or whether you have to switch back to stock in between?

again, it can be somewhat dependent on the ROMs you are switching from and to, but the requirements are usually provided. If you have a program like Clockwork installed you can usually go from one ROM to another, but there will be exceptions always.
