Tablet Frozen

Hi am new and I need some help for my grandson's Android Gpad Tablet, it has frozen, he can power of and on but thats it. Please help grandma to help grandson.

It would help to know what's on the screen when it's on and if it is 'stock'.

I had a similar problem when i tried to reset my tablet from the settings, it would turn on and off but it froze on the Tap'nTap screen. WHAT IT DID. Have the tablet off and hold the + Volume button and power button at the same time to turn on the tablet until it said Recovery Key Detected on the top left of the screen then I chose the Wipe data/factory reset option and then Rebboot System Now since then i havent had any problems. Hope this helps
