hello i have an excelvan tablet 4.2.1 model wm-8880-mid brand new and i cant connect through usb with my dell laptop.
the message says unknown device.i updated the drive but still nothing
i used the usb cable to charge the tablet with an adaptor on a socket and it worked fine
does anyone have any idea about how i could resolve this?
