What "not connected to mobile means"

Hi all,

I appreciate any input on what "not connected to a mobile" mean? I can not download any software from Google Market.
The tablet I have is a "Chineese gadget" Android 2.2 Mini 7 inch apad touch screen epad tablet pc.

There were some working programs on it like YouTube. Now it says that the website location might have been permanently moved !
After downloading, the installation says you are not authorized and there is no mobile associated !
