What tablet should i buy?

Hello, i just found out this neat forum on google and i have been thinking of buying android tablet and if you would like to recommend me one based on these specs =)!

Specs:

1. Price between 120-160$
2. Multi-touch screen
3. min. 7-8 inch screen
4. Processor 1GHZ
5. Wifi
6. Bluetooth (optional but would come in handy)
7. Must have flash 10
8. Where to buy it, and with international shipping (because i live in Finland)
9. Maybe a working app store?

I'm not sure if i missed something, but that should cover the basics

Already thought something from Coby, Ainovo or Archos. I need to be sure on this so i dont need to send it back to another country

I would recommend the Le Pan TC 970. Instead of being a 7 inch, it's a 9.7 inch screen.
