Where can i find a cheap tablet notebook for note taking, in the uk?

Can be second hand or anything, can’t afford to spend much, upto £200 max.
I was thinking of getting a netbook but i can’t draw diagrams on there can i? It might be all my budget will allow but i thought i’d ask anyway.

i don't know if it was the right choice... few of my friends told me this site was good and trusted site but when i searched online i found lot of good and bad review as well.should I trust it or not...
