Why do i have go market?

I just did a hard reset on my Acer Iconia A500, and i got Go Market. Everything there is in Chinese.

When i did the hard reset, the default option for language and country were Chinese and China respectively, instead of English and United States.

How can i get play store?

I believe this is a bug in the factory reset. Try another factory reset and see if it is back in English with the Play Store.

Still has go market.
