Why don't I see the 'call phone' icon with little green phone icon in Google Talk ?

I just bought an Asus Eee Pad PC and I wanted to use Gmail's feature of calling a phone. I have separately downloaded the talk app from Android marketplace. However, I don't see a way to make a call with the app. I can only text. Any suggestions on how I can get the program to let me call a phone?

I was very frustrated with this. Neither Google Talk or Google Voice will allow you to make calls. I switched to skype, which works fine on my Transformer. I also couldn't find a way to sync/import my contacts so right now I have no way to really test this. If you want to test with me, add me as your contact [email protected]
