Zenithink C97 app downloading problem.

I'm trying to download some apps on my new Zenithink C9.7 that runs on 4.1.1.....the problem I'm having is on some apps it says can't download on USB or ad card. I put a 4gb micro sd card in. Do I need to update the unit?? If so how?

If you are talking about installing apps they can only be installed to internal memory, (unless I'm not following you).

When I go to download apps on the tablet it will either download correctly or most of the time it will say " cannot download to USB or SD card"

I guess I still don;t follow you. How are you downloading these apps, browser? Store app?

I'll go by step by step..
i turn on Zenithink C97 and click on Play Store
i click on the search and type Subway Surfer ( game I want to download)
I click on " install" and then "accept"
it looks like its downloading fine...even goes to installing and then......
ERROR...."COULDN'T INSTALL ON USB STORAGE OR SD CARD"
i have plenty of room on my internal storage

Now I understand. Are you rooted? If not oir if you don't know what that is I would say you may have a corruption in your system and would suggest considering a factory reset.

Can you help me do that...step by step. Will that fix the problem?? I'm sorry I have no idea what I'm doing..

Well I did factory reset, now it won't turn on..how long does it take to factory rest??
