ziio 7 remove apps? and running apps at the start

Hallo,

i have two problems with my ziio 7.

The one...
i cant remove some apps.
he says that the deinstallation was not successfull...?
haw can i remove them?

the next problem i have...
by the start are some apps still running. do you know a free app therefor?

sorry but my english is not very good...:-(

Hello Sandra, welcome to the forum. There are some tasks that cannot be removed, possibly those are the ones you're trying to remove. An app that can stop a running task is TasKiller. It's available in the market for free, but most people let Android manage the tasks for them.
