My suspicion would be that something with your flash memory or the internal SD card is wrong.

After many with flash firmvare SD a card became instead of 8gb all 7gb.

How it to correct?

 

my guess is that there are still firmware partitions on the 8GB card.
you can try chkflsh to 'lowlevel initialize' the card.

another possibility is that faulty sectors on the card have been dissabled to protect your data
a test on the 'physical level' with chkflsh should reveal them too. (but be aware that complete datalos is shure)
