Novo 7 Problem with animated GIFs and sound.

I am testing some Novo 7 tablets (7 inch) for one of our applications. It will not (1) show/display properly animated GIFs and (2) will only play a repeating sound but one time from our application.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve these two problems for this tablet?

I have since upgraded to Ice Cream Sandwich but that did not fix the problem. Otherwise it is a great little device for the price.
