I have Asus TF300T and I had the Android Version 4.0.3

I have recently found out that there is a Jelly Bean 4.2 version out there.

I tried to update using:
1.Software update checker in tablet ---about tablet---System firmware update----- but it always shows the following = "Internet connection or server is busy. Please wait a moment and try again." or " no update available"

2.Using micro SD card and manually downloading the update from a PC to the card.
I followed the instructions, unziped the file, formatted the sd card to fat32 etc,
TF300T did not respond to the update. I even tried the cold start with pressing of POWER BUTTON AND VOLUME DOWN and then VOLUME UP (entering recovery mode). But instead of updating the icon I get is the Android mascot lying on the ground dead. (what ever that means)

Can someone help me?

My BUILT NUMBER begins with WW. (so Im pretty sure I downloaded the right file)
:D

Welcome to the forum

Have you modified the OS in any way, like rooting? If not, go to settings - apps - scroll to all and find both the CMClent and DMClient apps, clear the cache on both then force stop them and restart. Then go back and check for the update again.
