[CM7][kernel] New OC kernel that fixes IO issue (making Quadrant work right)

Just an FYI - ALL CM7 based ROM's have a battery drain higher than other roms. This is because CM7 has a "sleep" issue so the sleep function has been disabled. So when you press the power button quickly, only the screen turns off, it does not actually "sleep."

Known issue and will be looked at again soon. Developers all state that about 2%/hr battery drop is normal with stock CM7 install. (with or without the OC kernel)

I think with the trick flashing new rom at 100% of charge, situation is quite good.
I should use it all the time to finish the battery in 1 day.

I flashed at 100% and see no difference.

As for how much tinkering I do, I'm amazed the thing even remembers its own serial number. If I can find a way to change that, I'll probably do it just to see what it'll do. So yeah, major tinkerer here.
