Connecting blue tooth gps and tethering phone

I plan on purchasing a tablet after the new wave of tablets are released. I had a few questions regarding connectivity. If I do not get a tablet that has built in GPS and 3g is there a way to use the blue tooth function to connect to a remote GPS and can I tether my cell phone via blue tooth or usb cable. Is it tablet specific? I also have a question regarding video in. Is there any tablets that have this capability? I was thinking that if I get a 10" screen I could use this to connect a video game to.

You will most like not be able to get a tablet and a GPS to communicate. I don't know of any tablets that have video input. What tablet do you have?
