Download Apps to Micro Sd?

hey guys was wondering if i can download the apps to the micro sd? or is it automaticly done so? seems like mine goes to the hardware not to the SD card

Download the app "app2sd" and install it. This app will show you what apps you can move too the sd card. Not all apps can be used from the sd card. App2sd will however show you which ones can. A neet little app.

i tired looking for "app2sd" on applib and i cant find it for some reason

I download apps to my PC whenever possible then copy them to the SD card then "open" then in Android and "install". I don't know where the apk is stored when you get it from AppsLib. I would like to keep a local copy on my PC for a backup but don't see how.
A nice place to start looking for apk files (apps) is:

I've also found several other apps I like by searching on the PC for name.apk
