Help me find a tablet

Hi guys,

I am looking for a tablet that has a built in GPS (the most important feature) not AGPS, preferably 7" screen but bigger is OK if that happens to have better GPS. And that's all. Money is not an issue. Whatever it costs. I just want the best

Also wanted to add that so far I only found Motorola XOOM claiming that it has real GPS not AGPS. Do you guys know of any others?
