new to nook, need some advice

i ordered this morning a refub NC for 119$ from ebay...
now, i'm new to the world of the nook... my main objective is to learn right now before it arrives in two weeks to my house

a major problem is to find accessory that ppl ship to israel, would love some help in finding a screen protector and case... and any other thing you think i should buy
