Not responding, please close

Hi,

i sold alot of these tablets during christmas, one particular customer claims his
keeps freezing, really slow to respond, and also gets messages up saying not responding please close.

it doesnt sound that serious to me, i mean it happens to my regular pc thats life...
i would have thought a simple reboot would be the solution

anyway i need to offer this customer some sound advice,
so does anybody have some advice i can share?

maybe the customers been downloading lots of apps?

would a factory reset help?

A factory rest would be a good idea and probably would work. The best practice I have seen would be to NOT sync with anything during the setup process and only install the most needed apps and test before going all the way.
