this is the pad i am using...My unit is not working good. some time the system will show some colors(disort screen) if press on side or plug a usb,charger,head phones etc.. the unit will disort. How to rectify this?
and i want to in which category my pad is belongs.....

The problem is you posed your question like some spammers post. This is why some may not initially respond. The problem you describe is a hardware connection inside your unit problem. The solution is to return the device as defective. Otherwise, you have no other solution and must live with the quality build problem
