hello. my proscan PLT8031 tablet audio and video playback is playing in extreme slow motion video with audio in slow playback also. i am not tech savvy so would greatly appreciate any help. thank you!

Are the files you're using on your tablet or are you doing it on the Internet?

In that case I think you may have developed an issue with your router. A restart of the router may help but I have a link below with additional solutions.
